A Thousand Milestone provides toy products. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or order

We strive to present accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that images or descriptions are error-free or reflect the exact item you receive.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, especially if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations. Payment is required at checkout and is securely processed through our authorized payment providers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by third-party carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations

All purchases from A Thousand Milestone are final. We do not accept returns, do not provide refunds, and do not allow order cancellations once an order is confirmed.

Exceptions:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at athousandmilestone@gmail,com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • A description of the issue

We will review your case and offer a replacement if approved.

All content on this website including but not limited to text, images, product designs, logos, and graphics is the property of A Thousand Milestone. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

A Thousand Milestone is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Injuries or misuse of toys (adult supervision is recommended)

Use products as directed and at your own risk.
