At Lasy, we want every family to enjoy a happy and positive building experience. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item was delivered
• Missing items from the order
• Product has major manufacturing defects

Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.


Replacement Parts

Selected replacement parts may be available depending on the product series and stock availability. Please contact us with photos and details of the missing or damaged parts for assistance.

One of the unique things about Lasy is its open ended building system, so children can still continue building and playing even if a few parts are missing. Since all Lasy series are compatible with one another, children can continue rebuilding and creating using other available pieces.



Non Refundable Policy

All purchases are strictly non refundable once payment has been completed.

However, exchanges or assistance may be provided for items received damaged, defective, wrongly delivered, or with major manufacturing issues reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order
